1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@phantomstore.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
  2. We will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or send you the replacement item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

  • You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability).
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Please ensure the return package is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
