Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! All our product photos are real and represent exactly what you will receive. However, slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings or lighting. We guarantee the design, quality, and style will match what you see on our website.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you complete your purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your sales receipt. You can also log into your Phantom Store account and view all past orders and receipts under the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, simply contact our support team at support@phantomstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Once we confirm your request, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some of our most popular designs are restocked regularly, while others may be limited editions. If an item you love is sold out, we recommend signing up for our back-in-stock notifications on the product page or subscribing to our newsletter so you’ll be the first to know when it’s available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders across Egypt only. At checkout, you can enter your address to confirm delivery availability in your area.
